2007 Year in Review

2007 Year at a Glance

2007 was a year of great growth and accomplishment for PACC911.

Our Adopt-a-thons have become a way of life for the rescue community and are very well attended by both the rescue groups and the public, now becoming more aware!

This year over 800 animals found loving homes at the adopt-a-thons alone... but realize that because of this exposure, many animals are seen and later adopted, not in our count!

Over the past 4 years PACC911 adopt-a-thons have helped the rescue community place over 2,500 animals into new homes!

The EMF helped 37 rescue groups with their medical bills this year and paid out over $37,000!

Over the last 4 years we have helped over 50 rescue groups and have paid out over $135,000 aiding countless animals with this life saving one-of-a-kind program.

PACC911 worked diligently in planning the HOPE for the Animals benefit luncheon this year. It was a time consuming, but worthwhile project, that brought in $200,000 for the EMF to insure its continuation for years to come! This event was a great success and was enjoyed by a sell-out crowd of 450 attendees!

PACC911 continued its tradition by holding the 5th annual Bowl-A-Rama for Animal Rescue which collectively raised $230,000 for the rescue community! This money went directly to our rescue partners and for many, is their main fundraising function... paid for and administered by PACC911!

PACC911 held the Breaking the Chain contest in 3rd grade classes once again... teaching young minds the importance of kindness and compassion. This program will grow and continue.

PACC911 also created and elected an executive board to restructure and plan for the growth ahead as we move into 2008.

The rescue community is coming together more and more each year. Because of this unity and cooperation, thousands of more animals are being saved.

But, we still have a long road ahead, so we continue our work!
